For orders above $99, please make sure to select the Free Shipping option at checkout, as multiple delivery methods may be shown. Most of our products are eligible for free delivery; however, heavy and oversized items such as sanitary bins may attract a delivery charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• Metro Delivery: Most of our customers in major metropolitan areas receive their orders within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• Regional Delivery: Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take up to 5–6 business days.

• Bulk Orders (Melbourne Metro): For larger or bulk orders in and around Melbourne, we can deliver directly to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you need urgent delivery.

• Delivery Costs: Heavy and oversized products (such as sanitary bins) may attract a delivery fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
