Warranty & Returns


Our products come with a one year manufacturer warranty and a life-time service support.

You can return or exchange your items in any of the following circumstances:

  1. Faulty items (Please stop using the faulty product immediately).
  2. Damaged items or wrong models / numbers.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. You should send the Products at either of the following address:

  • 11 Herbert Place, Albert Park, Victoria 3206
  • Unit 3, Level 4/60, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205.

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.

Please Note: If you do not have enough reason to return the products, you might have to pay the shipping fee by yourself.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Products were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Products are in the original packaging
  • The products are not used, damaged or broken

The following Products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
